A light and refreshing Skinny Pineapple Smoothie Recipe makes a tasty tropical breakfast in minutes. This recipe uses unsweetened coconut milk and low-fat greek yogurt along with frozen pineapple, frozen bananas and a dash of orange juice. Tastes like sunshine in a glass!


  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 banana fresh or frozen
  • 1/3 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup low-fat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup ice


Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend on high until smooth. Serve immediately in a tall glass.

This recipe can easily be modified to use any non-dairy yogurt you prefer. Coconut yogurt would be a fantastic choice!
