Peanut Butter Dalgona Coffee

A deliciously decadent coffee is taking social media by storm with a sweet nutty flavor and fluffy caramel whipped top. This Whipped Coffee Recipe also is known as Dalgona Coffee is a tasty alternative to your morning coffee and can be made at home easily.


  • 2 Tablespoons Instant Coffee
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoons White Sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 2 Tablespoons HOT Water
  • Milk
  • Ice


  1. Place Coffee, Sugar, Peanut Butter, and HOT water in a mixing bowl.
  2. Please don't burn yourself.
  3. Get out that hand-held electric mixer, and whip the ingredients for about 20 seconds.
  4. If you don't have an electric hand-held mixer, you can use a whisk, but you have to whisk it for like 3 or 4 minutes.
  5. Put ice in a glass -- about 1/2 full.
  6. Fill the glass 1/2 way with milk.
  7. Spoon the coffee mixture on top of the milk.
  8. Gently stir the coffee mixture into the milk.
  9. Enjoy!

This will be a slightly more liquidy mixture than traditional Dalgona Coffee. It's still plenty creamy and delicious, though!

You can substitute regular milk for almond milk, or whatever milk you prefer.

I made this with a sugar substitute and put it over a vanilla protein shake instead of milk with a little drizzle of sugar-free caramel coffee syrup on top and it was amazing

Yes! I have also heard from some of you that other sweeteners will work for this recipe and it doesn’t have to be powdered. Just make sure to keep the measurements the same.
