Low Carb Taco Cabbage Skillet

This Low Carb Taco Cabbage Skillet is an easy keto dinner with amazing taco flavor. The perfect one-pan meal for when you’re low on time!


  • 1 pound of ground beef
  • 1/2 cup of salsa
  • 2 cups of cabbage, shredded
  • 2 tsp of chili powder
  • 3/4 cup of cheese, shredded
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional garnishes: sour cream and green onions


  • Brown ground beef in skillet and drain fat
  • Add salsa, seasoning, and cabbage to pan and bring to low boil
  • Cover and reduce heat to medium and cook for 10-12 minutes or until cabbage is soft
  • Turn off heat and mix in cheese until melted


  • Garnish, if desired with sour cream, green onions, avocado or favorite toppings

Easy to make and my wife and I loved it.
